The September meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at JRTC. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:15 p.m. Lunch will be served at 11:45a.m. Enclosed are a tentative agenda; a copy of the minutes of the August 21, 2007 meetings, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting.

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:

Enrollment Report: Mr. Spangler will update our enrollment.

Dual enrollment: I will update you on our Dual enrollment program.

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Board Policy updates: I will hand out additional updates.

Emergency management Plan: After everyone has reviewed I will ask you to sign off on the plan.

Craft Committees. I will ask you to approve the enclosed Craft committees.

Approve childcare aides: I will ask you to approve the enclosed list.
