Biography:

America's 2000 Chefs- 1992

Certified Executive Chef, American Culinary Federation- 1997

Chef Tom has more than thirty years of experience in the food service industry, including positions at the Red Lion Inn, Blacksburg, VA; The Shoreham Hotel and The Grand Hotel, Washington D.C.; Roanoke Country Club; Hotel Roanoke, and others.  He is also the former owner of two area restaurants.
