MEMO TO:            JRTC Joint Board of Control Members

RE:                          October 20, 2009 Board Meeting

 

 

The October meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for October 20, 2009, in the Darnell Conference Center at JRTC.  Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.  Our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed is a tentative agenda.  The minutes from the September 15, 2009 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting is posted on-line.

           

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (10-16):

                        Monthly Administrator’s Report:  I will report on activities and progress at JRTC.

                        Dual Enrollment Report:  I will report on JRTC student dual enrollment.

                        Adult Education Offerings:  I will report on the fall adult education offerings.

                        Educator Advisory Committee:  I will report on the minutes from the educator advisory committee meeting on October 13^th.

                        Credentialing/Certification Report:  I will provide you information on testing at JRTC.

 

OLD BUSINESS: 

                        None

                       

NEW BUSINESS:

                        (10-17) I will ask you to approve changes in the Marketing Certificate Program Requirements.

           

PAY BILLS (10-18):

                        Approve Payment of Bills.  I will ask you to approve payment of bills for October 2009.
