RE:                         March 16, 2010 Board Meeting

 

 

The March meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for March 16, 2010, in the Darnell Conference Center at JRTC.  Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.  Our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed is a tentative agenda.  The minutes from the February 16, 2010 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting are posted on-line.

           

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (10-34):

                        Monthly Administrator’s Report:  I will report on activities at JRTC.

                        Skills USA:  I will report on district competition results.

                        HOSA:  I will report on state competition results.

                        SEDF Report:  I will go over the SEDF report for the 2009-2010 school year.

 

OLD BUSINESS: 

                        None

                       

NEW BUSINESS:

                         (10-35) Skills USA Overnight Field Trip:  I will request permission for Skills USA students to attend the State Skills USA Competitions in Hampton April 23^rd-25^th.

           

PAY BILLS (10-36):

                        Approve Payment of Bills.  I will ask you to approve payment of bills for March 2010.
