RE:                         March 17, 2009 Board Meeting

 

 

The March meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for March 17, 2009, in the Darnell Conference Center at JRTC.  Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.  Our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed is a tentative agenda.  The minutes from the February 17, 2009 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting is posted on-line.

           

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (09-42):

 

-Monthly Administrator’s Report:  I will report on activities at JRTC.

-Adult Education Report:  I will report on programs that are being taught this quarter.

-HOSA Report:  I will report on the HOSA State Competition.

-SEDF Report:  I will report on the 2008-2009 report and give a comparison from past years.

NEW BUSINESS:

 

(09-43) DECA International Conference: I will ask you to approve an overnight trip for the DECA students to participate in the International Career Development Conference Competitions in   Anaheim, California, April 29^th – May 2^nd.   

(09-44) Substitute Teacher:  I will ask you to approve a new substitute teacher for JRTC.

(09-45) Audit Report:  I will present the Audit Report for you to look over for approval at our April meeting.

 

           

PAY BILLS (09-46):

-Approve Payment of Bills.  I will ask you to approve payment of bills for March 2009.
