The March meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for March 18, 2008, in the Darnell Conference Center at Jackson River Technical Center. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m., and the meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Enclosed are a tentative agenda; a copy of the minutes of the February 19, 2007 meeting; the list of the bills; and other information relative to the meeting.

BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Financial Report
(audit) (08-39). I will ask you to accept the audit handed
out at our last meeting.
Skills USA State
Competition (08-40). I will ask you to approve the overnight trip
to the Skills USA State competition on April 25, 26, & 27th.
Personnel (08-41). I will ask you to approve
professional staff for the 2008-2009 school year.
Approve Marketing
Certificate (08-42). We need to approve Marketing as a
certificate program.
REMINDER:
The
Joint Board of Control is invited to the annual Skills Advisory Council dinner
on April 17, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. here at the Center. You may bring a guest to the dinner. We will have our Board meeting at 6:00 p.m.
