RE: July 17, 2012 Board Meeting
The July meeting of the
JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for July 17, 2012, in the Darnell
Conference Center at JRTC. Lunch will
be provided at 12:00 p.m. Our meeting
is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Enclosed is
a tentative agenda. The minutes from
the June 19, 2012 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to
the meeting are posted on-line.
REORGANIZATION (13-01):
We will need to elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson; appoint the clerk, deputy clerk; and set the date, time and place of our meetings. A list of dates I will recommend is available on-line.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (13-02):
Directors Report; I will report on activities at the Center.

PAY BILLS (13-03):
Approve Payment of Bills. I will ask you to approve payment of bills to be accrued to last year’s business and payment of the normal bills for July 2012.
