MEMO TO:    JRTC Joint Board of Control Members

RE:                  July 19, 2011 Board Meeting

 

 

The July meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for July 19, 2011, in the Darnell Conference Center at JRTC.  Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.  Our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed is a tentative agenda.  The minutes from the June 28, 2011 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting are posted on-line.

 

           

REORGANIZATION  (12-01):

                        We will need to elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson; appoint the clerk, deputy clerk; and set the date, time and place of our meetings.  A list of dates I will recommend is available on-line.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS  (12-02):

                        Directors Report:  I will report on activities at the Center.

                       

OLD BUSINESS:

                        None

 

NEW BUSINESS:

                        Approve Authorization of Signature (12-03):  I will ask you to approve authorization of signature for Glenn M. Spangler as a superintendent’s designee for JRTC. 

                        Approve Signature of Checks for July (12-04):  I will ask you to approve last year’s chairperson/vice-chairperson to sign checks for July     .

                        Appoint Budget Committee (12-05):  I will ask you to set up a budget committee to work on the budget for 2011-2012. 

           

PAY BILLS  (12-06):

                        Approve Payment of Bills.  I will ask you to approve payment of bills to be accrued to last year’s business and payment of the normal bills for July 2011.
