RE: July 20, 2010 Board Meeting
The July meeting of the
JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for July 20, 2010, in the Darnell
Conference Center at JRTC. Lunch will
be provided at 11:45 a.m. Our meeting
is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Enclosed
are a tentative agenda and a copy of the revised budget for those that have not
previously received it. The minutes
from the June 22, 2010 meeting, the list of bills and other information
relative to the meeting are posted on-line.
REORGANIZATION (11-01):
We will need to elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson; appoint the clerk, deputy clerk; and set the date, time and place of our meetings. A list of dates and times I will recommend is available on-line.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (11-02):
Directors Report; I will report on activities at the Center.
OLD BUSINESS:
Budget Revision (11-03); I will ask you to approve a revision to the JRTC 2010-2011 budget.
NEW BUSINESS:
Accept Resignation (11-04); I will ask you to accept the resignation of Mark Smith, Computer Systems Technology Instructor.
PAY BILLS (11-05):
Approve Payment of Bills. I will ask you to approve payment of bills to be accrued to last year’s business and payment of the normal bills for July 2010.
