RE: July 24, 2007 Board Meeting
The July meeting of the
JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for July 24, 2007, in the Darnell
Conference Room at the Center. Lunch
will be provided at 11:45 a.m. and our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Enclosed are a tentative agenda; a copy of
the minutes of the June 26, 2007, meeting; the list of bills and other
information relative to the meeting.
REORGANIZATION (08-01):
We will need to elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson; appoint the clerk, deputy clerk; and set the date, time and place of our meetings. Enclosed is a list of dates and times I will recommend to you for our meetings.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (08-02):
Summer Activities. I will report on the cleaning, projects and reorganization of the building.
NEW BUSINESS:
Approve Board Policy Updates (08-03). I will ask you to approve the policies that I handed out at the May 2007 meeting.
Surplus Equipment (08-04). I will ask you to approve surplus equipment for auction/disposal.
PAY BILLS:
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting on
