RE:                          February 16, 2010 Board Meeting

 

 

The February meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for February 16, 2010, in the Darnell Conference Center at JRTC.  Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.  Our meeting is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed is a tentative agenda.  The minutes from the December 15, 2009 meeting, the minutes from the January 19, 2010 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to the meeting are posted on-line.

           

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (10-30):

                        Monthly Administrator’s Report:  I will report on activities at JRTC.

                        Honor Rolls:  I will report on the A & B honor rolls for JRTC.

                        Budget Information:  I will introduce information about the JRTC budget.

 

OLD BUSINESS: 

                        (10-31)            HOSA State Conference:  I will ask you to approve an overnight trip for the HOSA students to participate in the state conference competitions in Williamsburg, March 11^th – March 14^th.

                        (10-32) Financial Audit Report:  I will ask you to approve the JRTC Audit reports for 2008-2009. 

                       

NEW BUSINESS:

                         None

           

PAY BILLS (10-33):

                        Approve Payment of Bills.  I will ask you to approve payment of bills for January and February 2010.
