RE: August 17, 2010 Board Meeting
The August meeting of the
JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for August 17, 2010, in Business Lab 4
at JRTC. The meeting will be held at
11:45 a.m. Lunch will follow the
meeting in the conference rooms.
Enclosed are a tentative agenda and a copy of the Emergency Management
Plan for you to read. The minutes from
the July 20, 2010 meeting, the list of bills and other information relative to
the meeting are posted on-line.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (11-06):
Student Enrollment Report: I will report on the projected student enrollment.
Directors Report: I will report on activities at the Center.
NEW BUSINESS:
Authorization of Signature (11-07): I will ask you to approve Glenn Spangler for authorization of signature in the absence of the division superintendent.
Certification of the JRTC School Crisis Plan (11-08): I will ask you to certify that you have reviewed and approved the Crisis plan included in this mailing in accordance with the Code of VA 22.1-279.8
Personnel (11-10): I will ask you to approve James Mathias as a part time CST Instructor, adult evening instructors, substitute teachers, substitute secretaries.
PAY BILLS (11-11):
Approve Payment of Bills. I will ask you to approve payment of bills for August 2010.
