The August meeting of the
JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for August 18, 2009, in Business Lab 4
at JRTC. The meeting will be held at
12:00 p.m. Lunch will follow the
meeting in the conference rooms.
Enclosed is a tentative agenda.
The minutes from the July 21, 2009 meeting, the list of bills and other
information relative to the meeting are posted on-line.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (10-06):
Student Enrollment Report: I will report on the projected student enrollment.
Directors Report: I will report on activities at the Center.
NEW BUSINESS:
Authorization of Signature (10-07): I will ask you to approve Glenn Spangler for authorization of signature in the absence of the division superintendent.
Personnel (10-08): I will ask you to approve adult evening instructors, substitute teachers, substitute secretaries, apprenticeship coordinator, and adult programs coordinator.
PAY BILLS (10-09):
Approve Payment of Bills. I will ask you to approve payment of bills for August 2009.
