The August meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at JRTC.  Lunch is scheduled at 11:45 a.m. with the meeting beginning at 12:15 p.m.  Enclosed are a tentative agenda and a copy of the minutes of the July 24, 2007 meeting.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

            July 24, 2007

           

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS  (08-07):

                        Projected Student Enrollment.  Mr. Spangler will give a projected student enrollment report.

                        Fall Adult Class Offerings.  Mr. Spangler will review adult class offerings for the fall.

                        Apprenticeship Report.  Mr. Spangler will give an apprenticeship report.

                       

OLD BUSINESS:

            Joint Board Policy  (08-08).  I will ask you to approve a policy on suicide prevention.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

                        Approve Skills Advisory Council  (08-09).  I will ask you to approve this council.

                       

Personnel  (08-10):

A.     Approve Maintenance Technician.  I will ask you to approve a maintenance technician for 2007-2008.

B.     Approve Adult Evening Teachers.  I will ask you to approve our Adult evening instructors.

C.     Approve Substitute Secretaries.  I will ask you to approve the enclosed individuals.

D.     Approve Substitute Custodians.  I will ask you to approve the enclosed individual.
