RE: April 17, 2008 Meeting
The April meeting of the JRTC Joint Board of Control is scheduled for April 17, 2008, in the Business Education Lab 4 at Jackson River Technical Center. The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Following the meeting, there will be the annual Skills Advisory Council-Joint Board of Control Dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Darnell Conference Center. Enclosed are a tentative agenda; a copy of the minutes of the March 18, 2008 meeting; the list of the bills; and other information relative to the meeting.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (08-44):
Tech Prep. I will update you about the Tech Prep program.
Marketing Program. Mr. Strand will update you on the marketing classes’ activities.
OLD BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
Board Policy Book (08-45). I will hand out additional policies for your review.
HOSA Nationals (08-46). I will ask you to approve an overnight field trip for our HOSA students to Dallas, Texas.
